Right of Withdrawal

For physical books purchased from our online store, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days, in accordance with consumer legislation. This period begins from the date the order is delivered to the customer.

Customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must contact us within 14 days. The product must be unused, undamaged, untarnished, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Return Shipping Fee

In returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the return shipping fee belongs to the customer. The product is inspected after it reaches us. The product price is refunded for products in suitable condition.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or as the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Including your order number and, if possible, photos of the product/package in your message will speed up the process.

In this case, an appropriate solution will be offered after the necessary examination.

Digital Products

For e-books, downloadable files, or digital content; the right of return may be limited once downloading or access has begun. Conditions regarding digital products are also specified on the product page.

Customized Products

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are custom-made, printed with a specific name, or produced by special order.
